Can I take Cool Heat models with me when I move?
Yes, they are easily dissembled and thus easily taken with you.

What is the energy consumption for the electric running?
Approx 280 300 Watt per m² of ceramic surface at approx. 40 degrees C surface temperature.

Can I mount two towel holders?
Multiple towel holders can be mounted on all models except for Spacey.

How quickly is Cool Heat assembled?
In approx. 1-2 hours

We plan to install a Cool Heat model and only power this with water how can I control the heater?
1. Always ensure that a separate heating circuit is available for Cool Heat.
2. It is possible to use an I-wall thermostat, or directly via a heating distributor with a room temperature control.

We have ordered model Loft B with a room divider. We forgot to plan the power supply from beneath. Which other possibilities are there or providing power?
In this case it is possible for the wires to go along the wall mount and enter the model from above or below. The object-wall connectors are U-sections. Power cables to the column can be placed in these.

We got our Cool Heat via a plumber. There are not assembly instructions in the packaging. Can you help us?

Can Cool Heat be heated with water and electricity?
Almost all models are available for water only, for electricity only, or for electricity and water combined. This is a case of completely separate systems i.e. when run with electricity, the water in the model is not heated, the ceramic is heated via special heating mats or heating foil.

What is the difference between convected and radiated heat?
Convected heat heats the air and leads to continues air currents and drying out of the air mucous membranes are affected, dust and dust mites spread in rooms.
Radiated heat heats floors, walls and ceilings evenly via long wave radiation. The resulting room atmosphere is mild and healthy, corresponding to the suns heat and therefore feels natural to humans. The result is a comfortable atmosphere in which to live.

In your brochure you write about surface temperature. What max. surface temperature is healthy and safe for me?
The feel-good zone defined by us lies between 40 45 degrees C surface temperature.

How quickly do Cool Heat models heat up?
When heating with water this depends on the so-called flow temperature of your heating system. You should reckon with approx. 40 60 minutes.
When powered by electricity the heat-up time is approx. 30 50 minutes. This is mainly because the heating mats and heating foil are mounted directly beneath the ceramic.
